Overview
My thesis explores how emerging technologies like AR, AI, and 3D scanning are reshaping the shopping experience. Through four near-future concepts, it visualizes how personalization, immersion, and seamlessness are becoming central to the way we shop.
problem
Consumers switch between platforms, juggle logins and carts, and still can't see how clothes will really look or feel. Meanwhile, physical retail lacks personalization and convenience. The question isn't whether change is coming – it's how we design for it.
